General information
The expenses of repairing your block is the owners responsibility, for example otside doors of your block, painting corridors and staircases, isolation of terrace, cleaning water pipes and everything else that can occur is the owners responcibility. It is also important that you do this so the house looks nice. The common expenses are only for cleaning the staircasees, the electric of the corridors and common areas and water.
It is supposed to be quiet between 11pm - 07 am
Important that you keep the common areas nice.

How Galatex evolved to a modern housing area
History
Limassol's tourist area began to emerge mainly after the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974. When many hotels and tourist areas in northern Cyprus were lost, the southern part of the island needed to quickly build up new tourist destinations. Limassol then became one of the most important areas for tourism and international investment. The area previously consisted mostly of farmland, citrus groves and small coastal roads. During the late 70s, hotels, holiday apartments and restaurants began to be built along the sea and the beach road which today is called Amathountos Avenue. Galatex beach Center was built in ______ Then everything looked very different.
